Residential Management Group (RMG), a market leading Property Management Company is looking for a Senior Property Manager, where you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of residential buildings and lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service.
Where will I be working?
Working field based and from home, you'll be conveniently located to visit your developments across Essex and East London, and attend our Head Office in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR) once per month
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with lease terms and industry regulations (RICS, ARMA, IRPM)
2. Lead and mentor onsite staff, conducting regular appraisals and one-to-ones.
3. Maximise fee income and identify new business opportunities.
4. Monitor financial performance, including budget vs. expenditure.
5. Promote a positive company culture and uphold high service standards.
6. Identify and manage risks, ensuring staff awareness and reporting mechanisms.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
7. Strong experience in block property management.
8. MTPI qualified or willing to work towards
9. Strong leadership and commercial acumen.
10. Proven track record of results-driven performance.
