We support major fleet operators across the Utility, Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering and Telecoms sectors, delivering high-quality, innovative solutions nationwide.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we're looking to recruit an experienced On-Site Technician to strengthen our team and provide professional field support to our customers across the UK.
The Role
This is a field-based position providing professional on-site support to our customers, including installations, repairs, diagnostics and technical assistance.
Key responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting, testing, repairing and servicing technical and mechanical equipment
Providing service and customer support during field visits
Diagnosing technical faults and determining effective solutions
Producing detailed service reports
Operating vehicles and machinery safely and responsibly
Following company procedures and safety protocols
Collaborating with internal technical teams
Making informed recommendations on repairs and equipment specifications
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Key Skills & Requirements
Strong technical expertise (auto electrics experience preferred – 3+ years)
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
What We Offer
£36,000 per year
