As a Support Worker based at our Cheltenham service, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both the team and individuals staying with us. Each day will bring something new, so adaptability is key.
- Helping someone learn valuable life skills such as cooking, shopping, and budgeting.
- Supporting community activities.
- Offering a listening ear as someone shares their story – possibly for the very first time.
We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a willingness to go the extra mile, and the creativity to think outside the box. Being computer literate is also important, as you'll be using our internal records system and other IT packages.
