An exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced candidate to provide senior leadership and support the development of newly forming Complex Psychosis teams in Ealing and Hounslow as a Senior Team Manager.
Key responsibilities
* Provide operational management, leadership, and accountability within the Complex Psychosis team.
* Support lead practitioners and professional leads to deliver high‑quality clinical care across a multidisciplinary team.
* Ensure delivery of care in line with key performance indicators, governance requirements, and emerging policy and guidance.
* Establish and maintain relationships with internal Trust teams and external primary care networks, adult social care, and community providers.
* Participate in and support the maintenance of new and existing relationships across the health and social care system.
* Lead the development of the team in response to national and trust guidance with support from the Specialist Services Service Manager.
Required qualifications
* Significant knowledge and experience of the clinical, policy, and legislative frameworks supporting care for people experiencing psychosis with complex needs.
* Demonstrated clinical leadership and operational management experience within a multidisciplinary team setting.
* Track record of achieving performance targets and delivering patient‑centred quality care.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to provide a positive, motivating role model to a team.
* Resilience and ability to deliver priorities in a changing environment.
