Our client, a prestigious international finance house has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join its busy growing HR department.
Your duties will include:
* Providing HR support in a range of generalist areas and building key relationships across the business
* Being the first point of contact for employees and line managers on all HR queries
* Supporting the Head of HR with all day-to-day operational HR duties
* Supporting employee relations (e.g. grievances/disciplinaries, supporting managers with performance management etc)
* Reviewing/updating HR policies
* Assisting with recruitment activities (preparing job specs, interviewing, contracts of employment etc)
* Assisting with various HR projects
Your experience must include:
* Strong proven experience as a HR Generalist within banking/investment management/finance
* Degree educated
* Qualified/part qualified CIPD
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
