What You'll Be Doing
* Inspecting precision components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
* Using precision measurement tools including micrometres, gauges, and CMM equipment
* Recording inspection results accurately and ensuring all work meets customer specifications
* Identifying defects, supporting root cause analysis, and maintaining accurate inspection records
* Operating computerised inspection equipment
* Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining ISO9001 quality standards
What We're Looking For
* Experience in quality inspection within a precision engineering environment
* OR a strong engineering background with the willingness to train into a quality inspection role
* Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T and metrology processes
* Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001
