The Works
As General Manager of The Fox, you’ll take full ownership of performance, culture and guest experience. This is a high‑energy, high‑standards venue and you will be at the centre of it all.
You will lead from the front, creating a workplace where people feel valued, standards are non‑negotiable, and hospitality feels effortless.
You will be:
* An experienced manager from a fast‑paced, service led environment
* A hands on leader who thrives in busy, energetic venues
* Commercially savvy with a strong understanding of sales, labour control and profit
* Passionate about building engaged teams and developing future leaders
* A natural host who understands how to create atmosphere and memorable guest experiences
You are responsible for:
* Leading day‑to‑day operations and delivering service excellence
* Driving sales growth and maximising profitability
* Developing, coaching and retaining a high‑performing team
* Managing P&L performance, wage percentages and stock control
* Championing compliance, health & safety and brand standards
* Building a venue culture aligned with Buzzworks values
