Position: Real Estate Finance Analyst

Compensation: $90–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
* Develop and refine real estate analysis tasks involving property databases, zoning data, and parcel-level research.
* Design rubrics and structured evaluation metrics for AI agent performance.
* Collaborate asynchronously with global experts to validate AI-generated outputs and ensure data accuracy.
* Craft complex, real-world scenarios to train and evaluate next-generation AI models in real estate finance.
Requirements
* Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field from a top U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, or New Zealand university.
* Strong experience with real estate databases (CoStar, Zillow, MLS, GIS portals, property assessment databases).
* Strong professional experience in real estate investment, asset management, or property analysis.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* High attention to detail and analytical ability.
