About the Role
You’ll oversee the successful delivery and expansion of a well-established homecare branch, currently delivering 1,500 hours of care per week—with realistic goals to grow.
You’ll be responsible for:

Full operational leadership of the branch
*
Maintaining CQC compliance and registration
*
Managing performance, quality, and staff development
*
Building partnerships with Local Authorities, NHS, ICBs, and private funders
*
Driving business growth while delivering exceptional, person-centred care
*
Mentoring a solid team of Deputy Managers, Coordinators, and Care Supervisors
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience in domiciliary/homecare leadership (Registered or Deputy level)
*
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and local authority frameworks
*
Commercially aware with the ability to grow service provision strategically
*
A people-focused, proactive leader with excellent communication skills
*
Existing relationships with commissioners and local stakeholders desirable
