£15.66 per hour + holiday pay

The Role
They are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Sales Support Assistant to join their busy sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Following up on applicant and vendor feedback from property viewings
Handling incoming calls and booking viewings efficiently
Greeting and supporting walk-in enquiries in the office
Generating valuations and mortgage leads to support sales growth
Following up on mailouts and applicant responses to maximise opportunities
The Ideal Candidate
They are seeking someone with a professional outlook, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A positive, personable approach is more important than direct property experience, although sales knowledge is desirable. About you:

Confident both on the phone and face-to-face

Flexible with your working approach, including occasional Saturdays
Customer service or sales support experience (property experience desirable)
IT literate with strong administrative skills
