The Job:
We are seeking a Legal Administrator to join their Real Estate Team in central Glasgow. This role involves working within a large, busy team, with responsibilities including:
* Filing correspondence and premises licenses.
* Logging license details into a case management system.
* Closing files using a case management system and financial application.
* Photocopying, certifying, and mailing premises licenses to clients.
* Scanning and saving licenses and permits to the system.
* Preparing licensing applications and managing related paperwork.
* Supporting the licensing team with administrative tasks.
* Maintaining accurate data on spreadsheets and client extranets.
* Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing and online payments.
* Supporting project administration.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have previous legal administration experience, preferably with:
* Local authority licensing experience.
* Real estate law experience, working with landlords and tenants.
* Deeds administration.
