Responsibilities
* Prospecting: Identify and pursue potential business clients through their extremely in depth data rich CRM system. (INBOUND CALLS)
* Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and objectives of each client, and tailor experience offerings to align with their goals.
* Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR managers, and executive teams to become a trusted advisor in the realm of corporate experiences.
* Customised Proposals: Create compelling and customized proposals that showcase the value of experiences in addressing client challenges and enhancing team dynamics.
* Attend events and rub shoulders with Celebs regularly!
* Collaboration: Work closely with all the clients and the experiences to ensure seamless execution of sold experiences, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
* Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to continuously refine the product offerings and sales strategies.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Proven track record in B2B sales.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with clients and understand their unique needs.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
* Creative thinking and the ability to tailor experiences to specific client objectives.
* Self-motivation and resilience to overcome challenges and meet ambitious sales targets.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
