Northern Ireland | Full-Time, Permanent
£30,000 - £35,000(DOE) + Benefits | Huge Growth Opportunities
Are you a skilled CAD Technician with AutoCAD expertise and a drive to grow in the energy & renewables sector?
MCS Group are proud to be recruiting exclusively on behalf of a dynamic, fast-growing company based in Northern Ireland, seeking an experienced CAD Technician to join their growing team. The business is scaling rapidly and is looking for someone with technical competence, commercial awareness, and the interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing
* Designing renewable and commercial energy systems using AutoCAD
* Primarily desk-based design work with regular client communication
* Supporting the measurement and energy fit-out of commercial projects
* Collaborating closely with M&E consultants and B2B development teams
* Meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality, accurate designs
What We're Looking For
* A positive, energetic attitude and ability to work independently
* A real team player with excellent organisation and time management
* Strong interpersonal skills - comfortable liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
* Mon-Fri: 7:30am-4:30pm (Friday finish at 1:30pm) OR 8am-5pm with 2pm Friday finish
* 28 days holiday (increase post-probation)
* 3x death in service cove
