The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct literature reviews and background research on relevant topics
* Assist in designing experiments, surveys, or data collection methods
* Collect, clean, and analyze qualitative and/or quantitative data
* Create reports, presentations, or visualizations to communicate findings
* Maintain accurate documentation of research activities and results
* Collaborate with team members and attend regular project meetings
* Support the preparation of academic papers, grant proposals, or white papers
Ideal Profile:
Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in [e.g., Biology, Psychology, Economics, Data Science, etc.]
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in research tools or software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Qualtrics, NVivo – depending on field)
* Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
* Previous research experience is a plus but not required
