Job Summary / Overview
As a Recruitment Business Partner, youll own the end-to-end recruitment journey for operational roles across your campaign area, ensuring Teleperformance is consistently seen as an employer of choice. Youll play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring large numbers of top-quality agents and support roles to support our fast-growing operations as well as driving social value sourcing initiatives.
Youll act as a trusted advisor and business partner, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Operations, HR, Training, and Workforce Management to deliver recruitment strategies that meet both business and client needs. Your focus: fast, efficient, and high-quality recruitment. Youll support the growth and management of our offshore teams to ensure they work to the required standard.
The role requires you to be on site a minimum of 3 days per week.
