The Role
We are seeking an experienced Rent & Service Charge Manager (Permanent, Full-time) to join our Finance Team!
This role is responsible for managing Eastlight’s rent and service charge functions, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering accurate, transparent processes for our customers. You will lead on annual rent reviews, service charge estimates, and related financial activities, while driving efficiency and supporting colleagues and customers with clear, reliable information.
Day-to-day, you will manage the service charge year-end accounts and annual rent increase processes, lead the setting of service charge estimates and actuals, and coordinate budget consultations with the Leasehold Team.
