Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience, ensuring exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developing a personal client book to drive loyalty and repeat business
* Assist clients with product selection, styling advice, and detailed product knowledge
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the boutique
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
* Support the team with daily boutique operations including stock management and replenishment
Requirements
* Previous experience in luxury or premium retail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele
* A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals
* A genuine interest in luxury fashion
