This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse transaction and integration projects spanning Sales, Finance, and HR.
The M&A Integration Manager will support daily M&A activities, working closely with key stakeholders and end users to ensure effective change management, quick issue resolution, and maximum value from our acquisition portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, update, and manage project plans for transactions, including interdependencies, critical paths, and progress tracking.
2. Devise and oversee action trackers, following up on all transaction-related actions.
3. Maintain the risk log for relevant projects and ensure post-close mitigation actions are executed.
4. Manage the diligence log throughout the due diligence process.
5. Support budgeting and cost management, providing monthly reports on costs and forecasts.
6. Update weekly action logs to facilitate task tracking.
7. Define the scope, objectives, and timelines for integration projects.
8. Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources.
9. Ensure seamless integration of HR, Sales processes, system migration, and other activities.
10. Bring structure and organization to complex integration projects.
11. Foster effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Key Requirements:
Experience and/or Qualifications:
1. Significant hands-on experience managing integration projects.
2. Leadership experience in technology-backed integration projects.
3. Experience with ERP migrations.
4. Proven project management track record.
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
6. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
7. References and an in-tray exercise will be required.
