Reed Legal is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a progressive solicitor practice based in Chester, seeking an experienced Trust & Estates Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join their specialist private client team. While we’re ideally looking for someone with significant experience, we’re open to candidates at all levels above 5 years PQE.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Trust & Estates team, you will manage a sophisticated caseload, including:
* Advising high-net-worth individuals, including business owners, agricultural clients, and landed gentry
* Handling complex wills and estate planning
* Managing large and intricate estate administrations
* Providing expert advice on trust creation, management, and restructuring
* Liaising with clients and their advisors to deliver tailored solutions
* Navigating tax implications and succession planning for substantial assets
What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in private client law
* Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals and complex estates
* Strong technical knowledge of trusts, wills, and estate administration
* Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a desire to contribute to a relaxed but high-performing culture
