Due to recent expansion + project wins, our client is looking for a Senior Commercial Manager and an eventual Commercial Director for their South West Region.

Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Commercial Leadership: Oversee and manage all commercial aspects of the project to ensure financial success and client satisfaction.
🔍 Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize commercial opportunities and mitigate risks.
🔍 Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and finalization, ensuring terms align with project objectives.
🔍 Financial Oversight: Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance, providing regular reports and strategic insights.
Requirements:
