* Skilled & Organised – Confident using IT and Microsoft Office, with strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
* Culinary Expertise – In-depth understanding of food production techniques, allergen management, and food safety standards, with a commitment to consistency and quality.
* Leadership & Collaboration – Proven ability to lead, inspire, and support team members while managing your own performance to a high standard.
