The salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000. Let's talk about the role. It involves: Organising & recommending maintenance works, including new build snagging and defects management Regular communication with a professional landlord over Microsoft teams and written emails Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers & landlords Renewing & negotiating tenancy agreements Completing inspections, inventories & check outs of our customers via a third party Support the team and your line report with adhoc queries and escalations Support the Senior Management Team with adhoc requests Take the lead in the absence of the Client Manager We're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!
