Job Description
Our Care Assistants & Support Workers assist clients with the following:
* Bathing and personal care, assisting with toilet and continence issues.
* Meal preparation and light housework.
* Assisting with mobility and keeping active.
* Medication reminders.
* Running errands and accompanying on trips and social events.
All clients have differing needs and all care and support staff work from the individuals care plans, to ensure we give an optimum service.
In return we offer staff:
* Salaried positions for those who meet criteria, or hourly pay rates for reduced hours.
* Earnings average between £12.00-£14.00 per hour.
* Minimum 1-hour visits (no part hourly payments)
* All training undertaken is paid at your hourly rate.
* £0.30/per mile increasing to £0.45/per mile is accompanied by client.
* We will work with your available hours if we can, no set shifts.

Qualifications
We are seeking new people to join out team and are happy to hear from all dedicated, compassionate people, whatever your previous experience.
You must be a Car Owner/Driver - Essential
You must be available to work your agreed hours on alternate weekends - Essential
You must have the Right to Work in the UK.
Additional Information
We are also interested in Live-In care professionals and as a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
