Our client is proud to work with global, market-leading clients in the beauty, sales, and marketing sector, and is looking for a driven Senior Sales Assistant to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you’ll engage directly with clients, promote products, and play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Engaging with Customers — interact with customers face-to-face at industry events, product launches, and promotional activities; build rapport, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions to ensure a positive experience.
* Promoting Products & Services — represent client brands through marketing campaigns, primarily with customers facing opportunities.
* Supporting Sales Operations — assist with daily sales reporting, tracking team performance, coordinating stock levels, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations; help the wider team prepare for client pitches and events.
* Customer Onboarding & Support — guide customers through onboarding, explain next steps, answer queries, and ensure they feel fully supported from start to finish.
* Contributing to Team Sales Targets — work towards monthly sales goals (individual and team-based); generate leads, close sales, and drive overall business growth; targets are supported by full training and mentoring.
* Market Insights & Strategy — gather customer feedback, identify opportunities, and share insights with the management team to help shape future campaigns and strategies.
