Up to £75,000 DOE | No OOH | Brand-New Purpose-Built Practice | Full-Time

Why This Role is Exciting
This is your chance to be part of something from the ground up. You won't just be filling a role, you'll be helping design workflows, set clinical standards, and influence the culture of the practice.
You'll get:
* Full-time hours (around 40 per week, Monday-Friday 9am-7pm)
* Saturday work on a fair 1 in 2 rota (9am-5pm)
* No out-of-hours shifts
* Flexibility to discuss part-time options

The Practice
Our purpose-built, modern clinic has been designed with both clinical excellence and colleague wellbeing in mind:
* Spacious, light-filled consult rooms
* Separate dog & cat wards
* Dedicated theatre & prep area
* Isolation room
* Digital X-ray & dental X-ray
* Ultrasound & multi-parameter monitoring
* In-house lab (haematology, biochemistry, urinalysis)

About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon who:
* Is RCVS-registered with 2+ years' experience in small animal practice
* Confident with routine medical and surgical procedures
* Communicates well with clients and colleagues
* Enjoys working as part of a team but is comfortable with occasional sole charge
* Is interested in developing a clinical interest area with certificates fully supported
