Following the award of an exciting new package in the Redcar area, they are looking to build a strong local team and are seeking passionate leaders to help make it happen. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Care Coordinator who knows the local area well and ideally has contacts to bring a trusted team of carers on board. The Role Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and choice Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring training and supervision are prioritised Manage staffing, compliance, and day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest quality of care Oversee scheduling and coordination of care packages Build strong relationships with commissioners, families, and stakeholders Ensure full regulatory compliance, meeting and exceeding CQC standards Support the growth and expansion of the new package and wider service Criteria Proven experience in a management, deputy, or coordination role within health & social care Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and person-centred care Ability to recruit, motivate, and inspire a team of carers Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) for Registered Manager applicants Excellent communication and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle ??
