Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology?

We are looking for a resourceful Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth and support our expanding sales organisation.


Your Mission

As a BDR, you act as the essential link between our solutions and potential customers. You will generate and qualify a strong pipeline of opportunities, serving as the first point of contact for prospects and setting up sales teams for success.


Key Responsibilities

* Prospect & Generate Leads: Proactively identify new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound outreach, cold calling, and targeted email campaigns.
* Qualify Opportunities: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities, effectively qualifying opportunities.
* Pipeline Management: Hand off qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication.
* Market & Account Research: Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and drive interest through aligned sales and marketing activities.
* Territory Management: Maintain and grow a well-organized database of prospects within your assigned territory or segment.


What We're Looking For

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development, inside sales, or software sales role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage decision-makers.
* Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (English required; additional languages depending on territory needs).
* Strong active listening, discovery, and presentation abilities.
* Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
