Business Development at Energy Fitness Professionals Ltd
EFP have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated Corporate Fitness Manager for a role in Milton Keynes.
This role is part-time, working 20-30 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the corporate fitness centre, including personal training and gym appointments, assisting with sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, and promoting wellbeing events to the staff.
The ideal candidate will have professional fitness qualifications (level 2 or 3 as a minimum).
They should also have a strong background in the fitness industry, be able to manage their time well and be proactive.
Key capabilities:
* Self‑motivated
* Exceptional people management & leadership skills
* Willingness to teach classes (essential)
* Highly organised with strong admin skills
* Competent with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
EFP offer a pension plan, weekday shifts, 20 days of holiday (pro‑rated) plus bank holidays to our staff.
You must have evidence of the right to work in the UK for this role. We can only consider applicants who are settled in the UK. There is no relocation package with this job role.
