Job Title: Housekeeper (Facilities Support) – 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: Cambridge- CB2 8PA 10-minute walk from the train station (along the guided busway) Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 15:00–20:00 Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour Contract Type: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Housekeeper to join our team on a 3-month fixed term contract. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming working environment while delivering a high standard of service. The site is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the train station, along the guided busway, making it easily commutable. Key Responsibilities Provide a high standard of housekeeping across allocated areas Deliver a 5-star customer service experience to building users Clean office areas including desks, monitors, keyboards, mice and chairs Maintain communal front-of-house kitchenette and vending areas to the highest hygiene standards Ensure waste is emptied and correctly segregated in line with hygiene and environmental standards Report faults and issues to the relevant service partner as directed by the Site Services Manager Support adherence to site rules and promote a safe working environment Identify opportunities to improve environmental performance and service delivery About You Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for high housekeeping standards Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner Strong communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and committed to maintaining consistent service standards Why Sodexo?: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
