Operations Lead
MCN Cleaning Solutions – Anglesey
Reports directly to: Founder
30 hours per week (initial contract)
Up to £34,500 per annum (pro rata)
Opportunity to increase to 40 hours after probation
The Role
This is not a supervisor role.
This is hands-on operational leadership.
You will:
* Manage day-to-day field operations
* Lead and work alongside the cleaning team daily
* Oversee linen logistics and stock control
* Ensure structured audits and condition reports are completed accurately
* Maintain standards under tight changeover windows
* Report directly to the Founder
You will be out on site every day.
This is leadership through execution.
Context
Our current Operations Lead is going on maternity leave and will return as Executive Assistant to the Founder.
This role replaces her operational responsibilities and is critical to the next phase of growth.
We are not looking for someone to "manage from a distance."
We are building structured infrastructure, not loose delegation.

* Daily team coordination and allocation
* On-site cleaning & changeover execution
* Linen operations and stock control
* Quality control & reporting
* Enforcing documented systems & checklists
* Identifying operational improvements
