They operate over 200 repair centres, offering modern repair methods to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
About the Job:
As an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) / Estimator, you will assess a wide range of vehicles using Audatex, calculate repair costs and times, and liaise with insurance engineers, workshop teams, and customers. You will ensure all assessments are accurate, detailed, and compliant with industry standards, particularly BSI PAS 10125.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess vehicle damage accurately using Audatex or similar software.
2. Prepare detailed repair estimates following industry standards.
3. Communicate effectively with insurance providers, customers, and workshop teams.
4. Plan and document repair jobs to support workflow efficiency.
5. Ensure all assessments and documentation are thorough and compliant.
Requirements:
* VDA qualification or significant experience in vehicle damage assessment.
* Proficient in Audatex or other estimating systems.
* Solid understanding of modern vehicle repair techniques and materials.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused approach.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor.
* Valid driving license.
