What we are looking for
* A dedicated and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse ready to take on a leadership role.
* Leadership experience or the desire to step into a management position.
* Passion for providing high‑quality patient care and exceptional client service.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
* Mentoring and supporting others in the team while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude toward improving clinic standards and procedures, and contributing to the growth of the practice.
Working hours
This is a full‑time position, working 40 hours per week. There is flexibility around hours and shift patterns, which can be discussed at interview. Ideally, we’re looking for a minimum commitment of 35 hours per week.
