The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with Sales to drive unified growth outcomes and with Product to shape engagement through experiments and new features.
In this role, you'll take ownership of initiatives across the full customer lifecycle - from demand generation and acquisition to retention and expansion. You'll design and run campaigns, analyse performance, and prioritise opportunities that maximise ROI.
This is a hands-on yet strategic role, based in London, within the Marketing team. You'll work closely with Sales to support growth outcomes and with Product to improve engagement through testing and feature-led initiatives. The role reports to the Marketing Director and contributes directly to growth strategy and commercial insights.
