Up to £23.89 per hour (Level 3 Qualified) Salary: Up to £46,585 per annum
Monday Friday | 37.5 hours per week
Weekly Pay: Up to £895.88 depending on experience
No previous bus experience is required. If you have worked on large vehicles within sectors such as HGV, commercial vehicles, automotive, rail, plant, agricultural or heavy engineering, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Coachbuilder, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicle bodywork to the highest standards, ensuring vehicles remain safe, presentable and operational.
Duties will include:
Repairing and replacing body panels and framework
Door, ramp and interior repairs
Upholstery repairs and replacements
Welding and fabrication work
Preparation and painting tasks
Working as part of a skilled engineering team to keep the fleet operational
What We're Looking For
Experience in coachbuilding, body repair, fabrication or vehicle body maintenance
Experience working on large vehicles such as HGVs, buses, rail, plant, agricultural or commercial vehicles
Level 3 Heavy Vehicle or Engineering qualification preferred
Level 2 qualified candidates will also be considered at an adjusted rate
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
