Minimum Requirements
1. Associates Degrees and two to four years manufacturing/distribution customer service experience and/or call center customer service experience. Or combination of education and experience accepted. Experience with handling sensitive and confidential documents is strongly preferred.
2. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Systems, including Excel and Microsoft Word. Knowledge of Great Plains or similar software program helpful.
3. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence Effectively communicate ideas, both written and verbally to customers, management or employees of the organization.
4. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
5. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger and handle; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
