Tackle Learning Manager

£25k - £29k + Benefits

: Head of Inclusion

This role leads the Foundation's Alternative Provision education offering, supporting pupils at risk of exclusion or long-term school absence.

Objectives

* To deliver a high-quality alternate education provision.
* To lead on student recruitment and host school liaison
* To support young people to achieve positive outcomes & sustainable exit pathways.
* Achieve relevent programme KPI's

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential

* A relevant teaching qualification including PTTLS, CTLLS or DTLLS
* Experience working with vulnerable and at-risk young people & adults
* Experience in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making and evaluate project outcomes
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
* Ability to remain calm in challenging environments
* Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment as a line manager

Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable

* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education or
community development, sport youth work, social work
* Knowledge & experience of delivering community projects
* Strong knowledge of Safeguarding & Risk assessments.
* Proven track record of managing projects, achieving budgets & KPIs.
