Position Overview As a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in handling a wide range of sophisticated commercial and corporate property matters. With a focus on high-value transactions and leases and redevelopment projects, you will have the opportunity to work closely with their high-profile clients, offering expert legal advice and delivering outstanding results. Responsibilities Conducting acquisition and disposal transactions, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. Providing comprehensive legal support in corporate real estate transactions. Assisting clients in land acquisition and development projects, navigating complex legal requirements. Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and licenses to protect clients' interests. Qualifications and Experience Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
