Claims Account Manager Lead - £60,000 - £80,000 + bonus + package
Location: Leeds or Manchester (Hybrid)
We’re supporting a leading specialist commercial insurer to appoint a Claims Account Manager Lead into a highly visible, strategic role within their claims leadership team.
This is a senior position focused on strengthening key broker and client relationships, shaping the external claims proposition, and ensuring the claims function is recognised as a true differentiator for the business.
The opportunity
You’ll act as the senior interface between claims, brokers and key clients — ensuring service delivery, advocacy and commercial value are consistently delivered. This is not a transactional claims role; it’s about influence, relationships and strategic leadership.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and manage relationships with key brokers and strategic clients
* Act as the external ambassador for the claims function and proposition
* Work closely with internal claims, underwriting and commercial teams
* Support retention and growth through exceptional claims-led client experience
* Identify service improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement
* Provide senior-level insight and reporting to internal stakeholders

* Proven experience managing broker and/or key client relationships
* Credibility at senior stakeholder level
