Job Opportunity: Credit Controller at Power NI
Power NI, part of Energia Group, is seeking a dedicated Credit Controller based in Belfast. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 37-hour workweek, offering a hybrid working model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).
About the Role
You will negotiate with customers to arrange suitable repayment options, working within a high-performing team to deliver tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include engaging proactively with domestic customers facing difficulties paying energy bills through inbound and outbound calls. We value candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate active listening, empathy, resilience, and focus on solutions while setting clear boundaries and expectations.
About You
* Experience handling difficult conversations in target-driven environments
* Resilience, empathy, and adaptability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong negotiation abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and multi-channel communication management
