WPS are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to support our social housing projects, including planned works and retrofit programmes. Based in our Wolverhampton office, this is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering meaningful improvements to communities.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update project trackers and SharePoint activity logs
2. Manage the team inbox and ensure timely responses
3. Liaise with site teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
4. Participate in client calls and support communication flow
5. Provide general administrative support across multiple projects
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
6. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
7. Proficiency in Excel and general IT systems
8. Previous experience in administration (sector background is flexible)
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
