The team currently sits at around fifteen people, and due to several major PCSAs coming up (circa £100 million), the business is keen to bring in an experienced individual who can immediately add value. This opportunity would suit someone who comes from either a Pre-Construction or Senior Design Management background. You will need to be a do-er who enjoys getting stuck in, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can operate confidently at a senior level. The role is full-time office based with no hybrid arrangement, so you will need to be comfortable working closely with the team day-to-day.
