About The Role As our business evolves, we are looking to strengthen our workforce with talented and motivated individuals across a range of disciplines to work from our Northwest Engineering Centre of Excellence and currently have this opportunity available: The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative and operational support in the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods, ensuring that all materials meet company quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Key Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To Check and process all incoming deliveries against delivery notes, and quality documentation. Support goods inward inspection processes, including logging of quality checks and verifying supplier certifications (e.g., Certificates of Conformance, material certificates, test reports). Accurately maintain data in ERP/stock management and quality systems. Identify and escalate non-conformances, damaged goods, or missing documentation. Communicate with suppliers to resolve certification errors or quality concerns. Maintain full traceability of goods through proper filing and record keeping. Support audits by preparing goods inward and quality documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement of goods inward and quality administration processes. Support traceability management in operational areas when required What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Current driving licence Formal Technical or Engineering qualification Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation. Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively. Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Experience using ERP or quality management systems. Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards. Familiarity with Certificates of Conformance, material certificates, or test reports. Understanding of basic quality assurance principles and non-conformance reporting.
