Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on, motivated Kiosk Supervisor to lead the daily running of our Sushi & Japanese Food Kiosk inside a well-known supermarket chain. This role combines leadership, organisation, and teamwork — ensuring high standards in food quality, stock control, and customer service, while supporting and developing your team.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day kiosk operations including food production, stock management, and customer service.
* Lead, support, and train team members to deliver consistent quality and excellent service.
* Manage stock levels and wastage, completing weekly counts and ensuring smooth deliveries.
* Assist with rota planning, staff holidays, and daily task organisation.
* Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards, leading by example.
* Drive sales by ensuring bestsellers are prioritised and production meets demand.
* Step in when needed to cover emergency shifts and support other counters.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or senior team role (food retail/hospitality preferred).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage stock and schedules.
* Confident leader with a focus on motivating and supporting a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
* Flexible and proactive, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
