Facilities Manager – Central London

5 days in the office | Up to £55,000 | Generous bonus + benefits

A well-established professional services firm in Central London is looking for a Facilities Manager to take full ownership of its office environment and day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on, all-round role where you’ll genuinely run the space as if it’s your own. You’ll line manage a Facilities Assistant, manage suppliers and building relationships, and be the go-to person for everything that keeps the office running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office and facilities

• Managing relationships with the building, landlords and external vendors

• Overseeing facilities suppliers, contracts and service levels

• Owning health and safety, compliance and office standards

• Leading on office improvements, moves, refurbishments and ad hoc projects

• Acting as the main point of contact for all facilities queries across the business

• Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the space supports how the team works

• Line managing and supporting a Facilities Assistant

About you:

• Experience in a facilities or office management role within professional or financial services

• Comfortable managing suppliers and external relationships

• Previous line management or mentoring experience

• Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused

• Calm, approachable and service-led in your style

• Happy being office-based and hands-on day to day
