* Day Shifts: 6:hour (8am:2pm) or 12:hour (8am:8pm)
* Night Shifts: 12:hour (8pm:8am)
About The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants who are passionate about enriching the lives of the elderly and contributing to a positive, community:focused home.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be crucial to delivering the highest standards of daily care:
* Providing hands:on personal care with dignity and respect.
* Assisting residents with meals and hydration.
* Supporting residents during visits from healthcare professionals.
* Creating a Quality Life: Leading community outings and developing meaningful in:home experiences.
* Ensuring meticulous record:keeping using our computerised reporting system.
* Medication Management: Administering medication as prescribed, accurately and safely, following all procedural guidelines.
* Care Planning: Contributing to, implementing, and updating resident care plans in collaboration with the management team.
* Leadership and Mentoring: Providing guidance and support to junior Care Assistants, delegating tasks appropriately, and overseeing shifts as required.
* Communication: Acting as a key point of contact for residents families and external healthcare professionals, providing updates and coordinating care.
