About the Role
Woodhouse Pharmacy is a trusted community pharmacy in North London dedicated to serving our customers with integrity, expertise, and personalised care. We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm and Saturday 9am – 1pm. We strive to create a welcoming environment where patients receive exceptional service and advice on their medications and healthcare needs.
Tier 2 Visa Sponsorship available to suitable candidates
Main Duties
* Accurately dispense prescribed medications and ensure patient understanding of usage instructions.
* Provide knowledgeable advice to patients regarding over-the-counter products, potential side effects, and interactions.
* Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of medications and supplies.
* Collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
* Handle customer inquiries, process sales transactions, and maintain patient records with confidentiality.
* Adhere strictly to pharmacy regulations, policies, and safety standards.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
* Pharmacy Dispenser/technician qualification or equivalent preferred but not essential.
* Understanding of pharmaceuticals, prescription handling, and healthcare regulations.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and customer service.
* Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with pharmacy software Proscript is preferred.
