Levi’s Keyholder Role
As a Keyholder at Levi’s, you will work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will serve as a crucial link between our products and customers, supporting and assisting our Stylists.
Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering teamwork and embodying our brand values.
2. Support store management with daily tasks and store duties.
3. Motivate, support, and encourage the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
4. Guide and develop the sales team to meet KPIs.
5. Maintain strong visual standards across the store.
6. Assist with stock deliveries and organization of the stockroom.
7. Take responsibility for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.
Ideal candidate:
We value passion for our brand, experience in driving KPIs and sales targets in retail, and strong customer service skills. Being a team player who supports management and has experience managing a team on the shop floor is essential.
