Job Description
3. Deliver insights on key project performance to leadership teams in Product, Customer, or Channels.
4. Work with leadership teams to challenge and influence strategic projects.
5. Manage forecasts and project outcomes, ensuring they align with broader business goals.
6. Provide financial expertise to challenge business initiatives and recommend improvements.
7. Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate potential issues.
8. Support decision-making processes to close performance gaps and drive value.
9. Lead performance review meetings, collaborating with business and global support function teams.
10. Review, adjust, and communicate strategic and operational plans to relevant teams.
11. Promote initiatives that drive efficiency and foster a cost-conscious culture.
12. Oversee monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and providing insightful commentary.
13. Coordinate the annual strategic planning and budgeting processes.
14. Support the Finance Director and senior leaders with ad-hoc projects and transformation initiatives.
15. Maximize the potential of global support functions and contribute to their development.
The Successful Applicant
16. Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Solution orientated with pragmatic and colobaorative approuchProven experience driving strategic priorities in large, fast-paced organizations.Experience collaborating with senior colleagues across functions.Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in planning and budgeting.Retail industry experience is preferred, particularly in Property, Technology, or Marketing.
