Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and proactiveLine Leadto support production operations in our Stowmarket facility. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading others, maintaining high standards, and ensuring daily targets are met in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with peer leads to motivate and guide the team
* Ensure high-quality production output and adherence to standards
* Meet or exceed daily production efficiency targets
* Maintain accurate daily line reports and complete QC checks
* Handle documentation and communicate effectively via email
* Show initiative and take a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Adapt to workload changes and shifting priorities as needed
