Job Summary
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager Food and Beverage Manager, the F&B Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the restaurant and bar in the hotel. The role ensures consistent service standards, guest satisfaction, brand compliance, and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
* Act as the leader on shift, ensuring all areas are run effectively in the absence of the Head of Department.
* Maintain and exceed department targets, brand standards, and hygiene regulations.
* Supervise staff, ensuring high service delivery, guest satisfaction, and product knowledge.
* Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely, efficient manner.
* Comply with health and safety procedures and report hazards.
* Conduct training and personnel exercises to improve standards.
* Serve as Manager on duty when required.
Skills and Experience
Required Criteria
* Experience within a Food and Beverage role.
* Proven supervising and directing others with a hands‑on approach.
* Customer service experience.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
Desired Criteria
* Experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
* 5 GCSEs at grade C+ or equivalent qualification.
